Service Description
Time: Saturdays, 2:00–5:30 PM Dates: Feb 14 Using soft yarn and rhythmic stitches, you’ll create an adorable cat ear beanie from start to finish. The instructor will guide you step by step—from basic foundation stitches to essential crochet techniques and construction—making this workshop beginner-friendly and approachable, even if it’s your first time holding a crochet hook. You’ll leave with more than just a handmade hat. This is a calming, focused, and cozy creative experience—wrapped in yarn, rhythm, and a sense of accomplishment. Cancellation Policy
1. **Advance Cancellation or Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued to the original payment method. 2. **Late Arrival or No-Show**: No refund will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. 3. **Course Transfer**: Course transfers are not allowed. 4. **Course Quality Issues**: If you have concerns about the course content or teaching quality, please contact us within 24 hours after the class for resolution. ### Private Custom Courses 1. **For 3-4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. 2. **For More Than 4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance. ### Make-up & Refund Policy for Series Courses 1. If a class is missed due to personal reasons, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds. 2. However, you may exchange the missed class for another course of equal value. ### Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the website. - For rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the course start time, please contact customer service directly.
