Service Description
Create a one-of-a-kind bowl for your beloved pet. Don’t have a furry friend? No problem! You can also make a beautiful jewelry dish—a cozy little home for the rings, bracelets, and necklaces you wear every day. This is a relaxed and beginner-friendly hand-building pottery experience, open to both children and adults. No prior experience is required—just come and enjoy the fun of working with clay. The class lasts 2 hours. During the first 15–20 minutes, the instructor will introduce basic hand-building techniques and demonstrate the process. After that, participants will begin creating their own pieces. You can personalize your design with details such as your pet’s name, paw prints, or other decorative elements. Throughout the session, the instructor will provide one-on-one guidance to help you refine the shape and details of your piece. Class Schedule • About 1.5 hours for hand-building and shaping • The last 30 minutes for painting and decorating to add color and personal style After the class, all pieces will be professionally kiln-fired by the studio. A few weeks later, you’ll be able to take home either a custom ceramic pet bowl for your furry companion 🐶🐱 or a unique handmade jewelry dish.

Cancellation Policy
1. **Advance Cancellation or Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued to the original payment method. 2. **Late Arrival or No-Show**: No refund will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. 3. **Course Transfer**: Course transfers are not allowed. 4. **Course Quality Issues**: If you have concerns about the course content or teaching quality, please contact us within 24 hours after the class for resolution. ### Private Custom Courses 1. **For 3-4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. 2. **For More Than 4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance. ### Make-up & Refund Policy for Series Courses 1. If a class is missed due to personal reasons, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds. 2. However, you may exchange the missed class for another course of equal value. ### Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the website. - For rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the course start time, please contact customer service directly.
