Service Description
(Ages 8+) Christmas Gift Season — Hand-Build Pottery Workshop 🎁 Shape your own warmth this Christmas. With just a handful of clay and your imagination, create a one-of-a-kind pottery gift — something heartfelt, personal, and full of festive warmth. This 3-hour hand-building pottery class is open to both beginners and those with some experience. During the first 15–20 minutes, the instructor will demonstrate basic techniques before you begin your own creative process. You may follow the sample designs provided or bring your own ideas and inspirations. Throughout the class, the instructor will offer one-on-one guidance to help refine your technique and bring your vision to life. Each participant will receive about 1 lb of clay — enough to focus on one larger piece or make several smaller creations. Spend about two hours shaping and sculpting, and the final hour painting your piece, adding your own color and personality. Take home a pottery creation that’s not just handmade, but heartmade — a warm memory to light up your holiday season. 🎄💛

Cancellation Policy
1. **Advance Cancellation or Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued to the original payment method. 2. **Late Arrival or No-Show**: No refund will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. 3. **Course Transfer**: Course transfers are not allowed. 4. **Course Quality Issues**: If you have concerns about the course content or teaching quality, please contact us within 24 hours after the class for resolution. ### Private Custom Courses 1. **For 3-4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. 2. **For More Than 4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance. ### Make-up & Refund Policy for Series Courses 1. If a class is missed due to personal reasons, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds. 2. However, you may exchange the missed class for another course of equal value. ### Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the website. - For rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the course start time, please contact customer service directly.
