This week, kids will create a unique world for their Buddy plush. Each kid will start with a pre-made Buddy plush and design personalized elements such as outfits, headpieces, and accessories. Using materials like fabric, beads, dye, crochet, pipe cleaners, and small clay pieces, they will bring their Buddy’s look to life. Classes will be divided into ages 6–8 and 9–12 to provide age-appropriate guidance. ✨ Special Highlight✨ Kids will take home their Buddy along with its custom outfit and accessories—and even create a name and story for their new companion. Cancellation Policy
1. **Advance Cancellation or Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued to the original payment method. 2. **Late Arrival or No-Show**: No refund will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. 3. **Course Transfer**: Course transfers are not allowed. 4. **Course Quality Issues**: If you have concerns about the course content or teaching quality, please contact us within 24 hours after the class for resolution. ### Private Custom Courses 1. **For 3-4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. 2. **For More Than 4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance. ### Make-up & Refund Policy for Series Courses 1. If a class is missed due to personal reasons, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds. 2. However, you may exchange the missed class for another course of equal value. ### Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the website. - For rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the course start time, please contact customer service directly.
