This week, kids will create their own craft brand and experience a mini art market. They will name their brand, design a logo, create products, and learn how to present their work. Cancellation Policy
1. **Advance Cancellation or Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued to the original payment method. 2. **Late Arrival or No-Show**: No refund will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. 3. **Course Transfer**: Course transfers are not allowed. 4. **Course Quality Issues**: If you have concerns about the course content or teaching quality, please contact us within 24 hours after the class for resolution. ### Private Custom Courses 1. **For 3-4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. 2. **For More Than 4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance. ### Make-up & Refund Policy for Series Courses 1. If a class is missed due to personal reasons, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds. 2. However, you may exchange the missed class for another course of equal value. ### Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the website. - For rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the course start time, please contact customer service directly.
