Service Description
Course Content: Our studio provides all the fabric and patterns needed for this workshop. You can choose from our pre-designed fabric kits or bring your favorite fabric to personalize your creation! In this 6-hour course, split into two 3-hour sessions, you will learn: How to prepare the sewing fabrics and accessories, and an introduction to the necessary tools How to cut fabric based on the pattern measurements How to make straps and choose the right materials and accessories How to sew the bag body and create an interior pocket Course Features: The course fee includes the use of sewing machines, tools, and materials (no need to bring any materials yourself) Small class size with up to 6 students, and each student gets their own sewing machine Hands-on, step-by-step guidance from the instructor 📷 We offer photo documentation of the class for you to remember the fun! Cancellation Policy
1. **Advance Cancellation or Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued to the original payment method. 2. **Late Arrival or No-Show**: No refund will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. 3. **Course Transfer**: Course transfers are not allowed. 4. **Course Quality Issues**: If you have concerns about the course content or teaching quality, please contact us within 24 hours after the class for resolution. ### Private Custom Courses 1. **For 3-4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. 2. **For More Than 4 People**: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance. ### Make-up & Refund Policy for Series Courses 1. If a class is missed due to personal reasons, we do not offer make-up classes or refunds. 2. However, you may exchange the missed class for another course of equal value. ### Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your course up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the website. - For rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the course start time, please contact customer service directly.
